The easiest way to measure the curve on the cutoffs is with 2 straight edges. Simply rest the 2 straight edges against both sides of the cutoffs allowing them to meet. The measurements on the inside of the straight edges that touches the spa side.

Alltype Covers Australia has designed three grades of made-to-measure spa covers for you to choose from. Each grade has been meticulously designed from start to finish, using the finest materials and fixtures available. 

Our ‘Standard’ is our base model spa cover made with a budget in mind however has a few extra features.

Each grade of spa cover has been meticulously designed from start to finish, using only the finest materials and fixtures available to suit our customer’s budgets & requirements.

KEY FEATURES OF OUR ‘STANDARD’ RANGE OF SPA COVERS

  • Premium U.V. treated marine grade vinyl. (6 colour choices).
  • Improved density & increased heat retention foam inserts. (50kg static load bearing). 
  • Tapered (inclined) foam inserts help water run off. (suits only 2-piece, 4-piece, or 6-piece spa covers). 
  • Extra wide Aluminum structural supports. (55mm wide to prevent foam sagging and to increase durability). 
  • hot wire is used when cutting your foams. (increases resistance to water absorption by sealing all sides). 
  • Foams are vacuumed, heat sealed and wrapped. Prevents moisture absorption of the foam inserts. 
  • Rust resistant zips & sliders. Resistant to zip failure and corrosion over time.
  • Heavy duty, anti-mildew & U.V resistant seatbelt webbing Straps. 25mm wide lockable seat-belt webbing straps with clips.
  • Heavy duty, anti-mildew & U.V resistant seatbelt webbing Handles 38mm wide reinforced seat-belt webbing handles for greater strength & durability.
  • Double handles on spa ends. The spa cover features two handles, which not only provide greater support while moving it but also make it structurally stronger.

OUR DIFFERENCE

We are a custom (made to order) spa cover manufacturer, we understand that most spas are made different from one brand to the next. Therefore we can make any size, shape or any alterations that our customers might require.

we still have our standard shapes, sizes and options that the industry provides but offer extra.

Here is some of the options we offer to our customers.

  • No charges for choice of Strap positions. We have variety of free options of strap positions to choose from. (if you require extra please contact us for a quote).
  • No charges for smaller drop-down skirts then 120mm.  we offer the standard 120mm but sometimes putting a larger skirt on a spa with a smaller lip just fit right.
  • Options if skirts need to be over 120mm. (see order form for prices up to 180mm).  
  • No extra charges for covers to suit odd shaped spas. If you have a kidney, Oval or unique shaped spa we can make it, please contact us at customdesign@alltypecovers.com.au for instructions of how to provide us a template.
Price will be based on our maximum length and width of your spa (as per our standard shape prices).
  • We make made to measure spa covers to what you ordered, not what we have. We do not match your measurements to whatever pattern we have closest in a database.
  • CNC machine is used to cut & design your custom cover. Providing you with your own pattern number to suit your order. (please allow a tolerance of +or- to 5mm). 
  • We remove your old spa cover for free for you! that’s right, are you a local to us in Thomastown Victoria? if yes then when your cover is ready for pick up simply drop off your old spa cover. Its that easy, we will get rid of it for you.

Shipping & Order Information

 

Alltype Covers Australia -Shipping package Spa Cover square with corners

  • Free Pick up is available from our factory in Thomastown Victoria once it is complete.
  • Please allow between 10 to 15 business days to complete your custom-made spa cover order. Thank you for your patience. We will always try and complete your order ASAP.
  • As we are based in Thomastown Victoria, Free delivery will be for locations in the Melbourne Metro Areas and some surrounding suburbs (Please check the shipping estimator for shipping charges if applicable.
  • Price of postage is calculated depending on your postcode location in Australia.
  • PLEASE NOTE: If no one is home to accept delivery, we will organize the freight company to leave the spa cover on the property (Authority to Leave).
  • Shipping time can vary depending on your location across Australia from our location in Thoastown Victoria. Metro locations generally can be between 1 to 7 business days, while rural areas can be between 3 and up to 14 business days.
  • Tracking number will be provided to you once your custom spa cover has been dispatched.

Spa Cover Prices

Here are the starting prices of our ‘Standard Range’, made-to-measure spa covers.

  • Prices for spas under 2450mm Long (2-piece joined spa covers) = $649.
  • Prices for spas between 2450mm to 3600mm Long (3 separate piece spa covers) = $1035.
  • Prices for swim spas between 3600mm to 4800mm Long (4 separate piece spa covers) = $1398.
  • Prices for dual-zone swim spas between 4800mm to 6000mm Long (6 separate piece spa covers) = $1859.

Prices above will only vary if the dropdown skirt spa cover you select will be above the standard 120mm. there is no extra charge for skirts below 120mm.

  •  Free Pick up from our factory in Thomastown Victoria once it is complete.
  • Free delivery will be for locations in the Melbourne Metro Areas and some surrounding suburbs (Please check the shipping estimator for shipping charges if applicable during checkout.
  • Price of postage is calculated depending on your postcode location in Australia and size of your cover.

Payment Options

  • We prefer PayPal as payment, please make total payment within 2 days of purchasing.
  • Credit card payments are also excepted in PayPal (You do not need a PayPal to make a payment via credit card) 
  • Bank transfer, Money Order or Cheque is also available. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for payment to clear.
  • Once payment has cleared we will then start production.
